Arroyo Chop House has a contemporary craftsman motif providing an atmosphere of dark mahogany woods and 1950's style Rat Pack Pasadena charm. The Chop House's appeal has been a welcome addition to Smith Brothers Restaurant Corporation and the City of Pasadena. Its kitchen features two 1,600-degree broilers to grill the USDA Prime Aged Steaks as well as a rotisserie for roasted chicken, all prepared by Chef David Tellez. The Chop House staff accommodates the most discriminating guests, to the end of providing a dining experience that will exceed your expectations. THE CUISINE
Arroyo Chop House is one of the few restaurants in Southern California that serves, exclusively, the highest-grade of beef available, U.S.D.A. PRIME. Only 3 out of 1,000 graded beef qualify as U.S.D.A. PRIME. In addition, our beef is aged 40 days to enhance its flavor and tenderness.
