Arroyo Chop House is one of a handful of restaurants in Southern California that serves exclusively USDA Prime Beef - the highest grade of beef available. Only 3 out of 1,000 graded beef qualify as USDA Prime. We also features the finest market-fresh seafood and desserts made on site by the the Smith Brothers Restaurants' own pastry chef.
